Data Retention Period
Personal data collected by Luminum is retained for a period of 30 days unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Luminum currently does not require a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as our processing operations do not fall within the scope of GDPR Articles 37-39 that necessitate the appointment of a DPO. Should our processing activities change, we will review this requirement and appoint a DPO as necessary.

Luminum does not transfer personal data internationally. All personal data is processed and stored within the EU and is managed according to the GDPR standards.
